Sea Spray

Zachary spent much of the end of the summer begging for two things: time with his seaschool friends, and a trip to the water slides at Stay and Play. We took care of both in the same trip!

Cheerleader Elara

While Zachary was busy playing basketball, Elara was entertaining everyone on the sidelines. Flying like an airplane, doing some gymnastics moves, and singing songs--loudly. She doesn't mind attention, that's for sure!

Basketball Edition!

Maybe this is the start of something new: Field Basketball. I've never seen the game played on grass before, but they kids managed to figure out the basics, and the coach was patient as the balls bounced every which way on the uneven terrain. They're four year olds--even on smooth, flat terrain they probably wouldn't have kept control of the basketballs!

This is how Elara and I kept busy while Zachary was playing soccer: knock you over, baby dolls, and lots of snacks!

Sports Camp: Soccer StarZ

Zachary attended a sports camp toward the end of the summer. Each day they learned how to play a different sport--the first day was soccer. He liked it, but doesn't think he wants to join a soccer team, because there is, "too much running."
