Yoga.
Star Wars.
Two things that don't necessarily seem to fit together. However, as big Daddy Paul pointed out, when you're the children of a star wars loving daddy, and a yoga loving momma, it's not such a big stretch.
We recently cut our cable back to just the basic channels, and the kids yoga program we used to pull up on demand was no longer an option. But no worries, a quick you tube search, and we found Cosmic Kids Yoga has a great Star Wars themed episode. They have some other themes, but you can imagine which episode Elara and Zachary always request!
I included a video of my littles doing the yoga, but here's a link to the yoga video in case you want to check it out!

We highly recommend it!

Family Business
Apparently Elara is just as comfortable behind the camera, as she is in front of it. She loves making you stop whatever you're doing to say, "Cheese!" Must get that from her Momma!

Chillaxing
What? She's just relaxing, in her jammies, on the floor with her tablet. This is how she chooses to sit back and enjoy some quality screen time. I'm not judging, I just don't quite get it. But then I'm pregnant, and I probably couldn't get back up off the floor if I was in her position. (Okay, I could totally get up off the floor, but it wouldn't be very pretty.) But as we all know, Elara has always chosen to do things her own way. Paul asked her the other day what her name was, specifically her full name. She answered, "Princess Elara Lily Booboo." I should probably just go ahead and start the paperwork to get it legally changed.

Entertaining
Our playroom is a busy, bustling space. We are always entertaining new guests. Sometimes we have Vikings come to visit us, and sometimes there are Princesses and Knights. Then when the crowd settles down, we have to call in Bob the Builder to put the playroom back in working order. We also have a subtle ninja who sneaks in sometimes, but he was too quick for me to catch a picture of him this time!

Snow Much
Yay. More snow! More playing in the snow, or on the snow. Whatever. The kids don't care. They just want to play. To get them in the backyard, we had to scale the fence, and then come in through the slider on the back deck. Only the very tops of the tallest rocks in our rock wall are peeking through the snow, and you can just barely see the handles on Zachary's digger. Is it summer time yet?
