Since I can't get up from my lawn chair, I was having a hard time getting the really good action shots. Partway through the soak-fest, I wised up and had someone go grab my long zoom lens. So glad that I did, these are precious!!

Poppa and Uncle Robert took Z down to Centennial Park for some playtime at the water park, but it was pretty swamped, and they decided they could have just as much, and probably more fun playing in the backyard. Thanks to a hose and a sprinkler, they were soaked and smiling by the end. Success!

Like a constantly repeating refrain, you all know I'm on bed rest right now. This means that I have to find amusement in all the little parts of the day. This time I was happy to see cuddling up with his Auntie Kitty when she got home from work. And you can't help but me amused by Uncle Ben's tan lines! The Garden Center is lucky to have him...but he's going to have a hard time getting rid of those "socks!"

Remember those heels Amanda kicked off in yesterday's blog post? Turns out Nonna wears the same size...and couldn't resist trying them on...and attempting to walk around in them! Not sure she'll be trading in her kitten heels anytime soon, but she did look good!
