Wave!

This video is from a few weeks ago. It's so fun to see him waving!

On a Dinner Roll

Oh! A new toy!
hmmm...how do I make it work?
Momma--do you want a turn?
Wait a minute...I know what I can do with this...
..I can eat it!!
I will use my massive biceps and all six of my teeth to destroy you, roll!!
This roll tastes like Victory!
I shall share the spoils with beautiful women...
At least I will share some of the spoils!

Walking the Cliff Walk

Cliff Walk in Newport, Zach is ready to see the sights!
Oh, Hi Grandma! Will you be narrating this stroll?
Are we going all the way to the end?
Zachary informed Grandma that this is what he wants for his upcoming first birthday.
Grandma Ann and Z are admiring the ocean and the beautiful waves crashing on the rocks. Linwood is admiring the landscaping.
Splash, Splash!
Okay guys, I've seen the Cliff Walk first hand. I picked out my house, and I like the view...
..but being pushed around in a stroller is exhausting. I'm ready for a nap!

Blueberries with Pepere

Z has started to be much more discriminate in his food choices. Early on, once he started liking solid food, he would gobble up pretty much anything you put in front of him. Now, he is a little bit more careful. He likes bright colored foods, and food that have a lot of flavor. While we were in Newport we had a nice visit with Pepere, and Zach ate blueberries with total abandon. He didn't mind the pizza, but blueberries for dessert just made his day. He was eating them so fast that they were going everywhere; he ended up with 2 smooshed in his pocket!

Up Close and Personal

Momma? Dada? Why are there people stuck in this box? Why they don't play with me?

HI

Grandma Ann has this awesome set of Dr. Seuss flashcards. Z loves the bright and shiny colors, and they must taste pretty good too, because we have to work hard to keep them out of his mouth!

Anyone need a Kleenex? I swear they weren't used...much.

Of course, a 10 month old would find a box of Kleenex to be the ultimate entertainment. I think if we had left him to it, he would have pulled out every last one! As it is, there was a huge pile of them on the floor...
