Up to Bat

 Day 4 of Sports camp, and we watched Z play T-ball. He was definitely excited when he hit the ball, and the whole class ran the bases. Elara even tried to get in on the action--two more years E, we'll get you signed up too!

Sea Spray

Zachary spent much of the end of the summer begging for two things: time with his seaschool friends, and a trip to the water slides at Stay and Play. We took care of both in the same trip!

This was my favorite day at sports camp--loved watching Z play lacrosse!

Cheerleader Elara

While Zachary was busy playing basketball, Elara was entertaining everyone on the sidelines. Flying like an airplane, doing some gymnastics moves, and singing songs--loudly. She doesn't mind attention, that's for sure!

Basketball Edition!

Maybe this is the start of something new: Field Basketball. I've never seen the game played on grass before, but they kids managed to figure out the basics, and the coach was patient as the balls bounced every which way on the uneven terrain. They're four year olds--even on smooth, flat terrain they probably wouldn't have kept control of the basketballs! 

Spectators

This is how Elara and I kept busy while Zachary was playing soccer: knock you over, baby dolls, and lots of snacks!
