Yes, if you look carefully, Zachary is playing with a toothbrush. I graciously donated my toothbrush to the cause, (Thanks to Nonna for always keeping one in the cabinet for me!). He's obsessed! "Teeeeeth," he yells, and don't even think he'll let me help. You know he's thinking, I'm a big boy Momma!
