More princesses, swedish meatballs, vikings and some pool time? My Scandinavian heart was very full this day at Epcot. The kids had fun eating at Akershus, and visiting with Elsa and Anna, and a cool viking outside the new Frozen ride. There was a 360+ minute wait for the ride--so we thought we'd pass on that one! But even just going back to our hotel, and letting the littles play in the pool made them happy.
