This year we celebrated my (first) 29th birthday. Grandma Ann, Linwood, Auntie Christine and Uncle Jonathan came down and we had dinner, and cake, and we attempted an impromptu family picture. Elara was looking fabulous in her party clothes, and I had actually blow-dried my hair, so we were in prime position for a picture of the four of us. It's a nice thought anyway. I can't seem to make both kids look at the camera (with a natural, nice smile) at the same time. Maybe next time, at my next 29th birthday. :)
