Elara was quite the attraction at the hospital. Grandma Ann, Nonna, Poppa, Auntie Kitty, Auntie Christine and Uncle Jonathan all stopped by to get some newborn cuddles in, and to make sure the new momma was doing okay. It was fun to show off our tiny little Elara, and to have some visitors to talk to. Although I feel bad, because I probably wasn't very good company with the magnesium sulfate and painkillers they had me on! Hopefully I make up for it with future visits. I should be able to, as long as I don't become too much of the new-mom no-sleep zombie.
