Cease and Desist

I sent out this picture message on August 9th to show how big Elara was getting. (3 weeks here!)

Then I got in BIG trouble:

I received the following email from my attorney as a Carbon Copy.

I wanted to make sure you received a copy and urge you to comply.

Dear Manager:

Our law firm represents the Text Message Distribution List Membership.  This letter is served upon you pursuant to Rule 5.01 of the CT Rules of Civil Procedure wherein demand is made upon you to cease and desist your distribution of unofficial and misleading 3 week photographs of Baby E. Your earlier distribution of 3 week baby photographs of Baby Z Set a standard by which all 3 week baby pictures must adhere. More specifically, your willingness to repeat the 3 week theme in subsequent official milestone photographs infers a tacit consent to the continuance of said theme.

You will not receive another warning letter from this office. If you do not confirm in writing to our office by 10 August 2012 that you will cease violating your Tacit Agreement with the Text Message Distribution List Membership and start distributing milestone photographs with all the proper elements and themes a lawsuit will be commenced immediately.
