During Zachary's bedtime routine, we do some story telling. Typically, whoever is visiting us is included in the story rotation. So right now Grandma, Grandpa and Auntie Lizzie are all here, and they're on the hook at story time, in addition to Big Daddy Paul and Momma. Well, there's a new storyteller living here permanently. Zachary asks Elara to tell him a story every night. So I have to tell him a quick little story, in a very high pitched voice, about how Elara loves her big brother, and can't wait to get big enough to play with him. Or whatever story I've come up with for that night. I'd say it's a ploy to make the bedtime routine as long as possible to avoid actually sleeping..but at least on this count, I think he really just wants to include his baby sister.
